We offer tracked & signed-for shipping on all orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping prices are shown at checkout before you place your order. We use a simple flat-rate system based on your location to keep costs low.

Processing Time

Orders are often processed the same day but can take up to 1-2 working days during busy periods.

International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of the UK, customs duties, import VAT and any local handling fees may be applied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. We’re unable to estimate these costs as they vary by country.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our fulfilment queue. If you need to make any changes, you can contact us and we will always do our best to accommodate your request. However, because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been submitted. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please email info@sensingco.com and we’ll resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Late or Lost Orders

If your order is late, please get in touch so we can look into it. In the unlikely event your order is lost, we will arrange a replacement and prioritise sending it immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us at info@sensingco.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched. Please note: we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses once an order has shipped.
