How Much Does Shipping Cost?
All shipping prices will be provided on your order at checkout before you place an order. We offer a flat rate shipping scheme which varies depending on where you are in the world to ensure our shipping costs are kept to a minimum.
What Is Your Return Policy?
At present, we do not offer returns on items. In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect or damaged goods please reach out to us at hello@sensingco.com where we will be happy to assist and resolve the issue.
What Happens If My Order Is Late Or Lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within 1-2 weeks please get in touch and we will look into this for you. Royal Mail handles all of our mail. In the unlikely event that your order has gone missing, we will organise a replacement and prioritise getting this to you as soon as possible.
What If I Have Moved, Changed Or Entered The Wrong Address?
If an incorrect address is not noticed until after your order is finalised, or if you would like to change your shipping address please contact us at info@sensingco.com as soon as possible and we will try to resolve this for you before the item is shipped. Please note, we can not be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order if the item has already been shipped.
